RETURNS

We offer 30 days returns after you have received item.   Items must be received by us, Logan Hydroponics within those 30 days period.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind items must be in their original packaging unopened and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

To return an item, please contact us at info@loganhydroponics.com.au and quote your order number and reason for return. Once we have replied please post to the address advised within that 30 day return period. All returned items are inspected on receipt and if not in their original condition will be returned to sender. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that you return your item with tracking and keep a copy for your records.

Returns can also be made instore at Logan Hydroponics, Unit 13 22-26 Allgas St, Slacks Creek.   Please bring your order receipt number.  

 

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If your item is damaged during shipping, we require you to contact us withing 5 working days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please contact us at info@loganhydroponics.com.au and quote your order number and details of any damage. Please keep all packaging of item as received.  Please note photographic evidence may be required in order for us to make a claim with our shipping partners.

 

ITEMS DAMAGE BY CUSTOMER

In case of a product being damaged by a customer for example broken or spilled by the fault of the customer we are not responsible for a refund or exchange.

 

FAULTY

As per the ACCC guidelines, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault and availability of item. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by Logan Hydroponics. Some of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to product for the warranty details. Receipt of purchase is required for warranty claims and warranty claims may be required to be made direct to the manufacturer after a certain period.
